Invoice Payments
Invoices from small and medium-sized enterprises are settled no later than 10 days after receipt.

Requests for Space and Property
Within 5 days of an inquiry, interested parties will receive a concrete offer for available space or property – provided options are available.

Administrative Guide
For questions regarding business start-ups, location information, leasing or renting land, building permits, tenders or traffic-related matters, our administrative guide, Pejman Abdolazizi, will direct you to the appropriate contact within the city administration.

Response Time
If a request cannot be processed within two working days, a confirmation of receipt will be sent along with an estimated processing timeframe.
